The outdoor common areas found in Emerald Green are for the use and enjoyment of all residents and their guests. Please follow these guidelines while using these common areas:

• Pets must be on a leash.
• Pick up after your pet.
• Retention pond not for recreational use.
• Pick-up your trash and take it home.
• Please be quiet, and courteous to the residents who live adjacent to the common areas.
• Common areas are for use of residents and accompanied guests, all others without express business with Emerald Green will be considered as trespassing. 

The area around the pond was renovated during Spring 2017.  A crumbling metal retaining wall was removed, the area was regraded and stone was added to the banks.  There are large flat rocks on the west side of the pond, excellent for sitting and enjoying the pond and/or fishing.  Natural vegetatian has been newly planted around the pond area -- please refrain from stepping on the plants and flowers.
